Please can someone help me with my weight loss plan?

Hello :)
I weighed 146lbs at the beginning of last week, I currently weigh 140lbs, I've been sticking to around 1200-1400 kcal a day,I haven't been doing any exercise although I am stood up all day at work. I'm 5ft 3' 20 year old female, my goal weight is around 110lbs.
Sorry if I haven't posted enough information not quite sure what you would need to know, anything else just ask.

If anyone else is around the same weight/height as me would be interesting what you are doing to lose weigh /maintain your weight
