    Well done! I also have suffered from post natal depression after the births of my 3 boys, the third being the worst where I was put on medication that caused weight gain. Thank you for sharing, reading this has been inspirational for me as I am now off the meds and hope that I can achieve my weight loss goal. CHEERS! :drinker:
