New Years Resolutions

It's that time of the year again ! I can admit I failed this year to achieve target weight, but I'm not going to beat myself up too badly, as I have achieved a great weight loss so far. My journey has been long, but hopefully a great learning curve too.

My resolutions are :

1) to achieve target weight, it would be nice for my birthday. April.
2) to achieve mindfulness, and body harmony.
3) to learn to like myself.
