It's pretty good, but you should consider these programs as well:

Looks like you got it :)

Looks fairly complex. How advanced are you?

I've lifted before but it's been 2-3 years so I'm really weak right now. Also the bodyweight section is optional, I'm focused on the lifts but if I have it in me after I would then go to the bodyweight exercises or just do them on rest days

    What's your progression plan?

Sometimes its better to ditch accessory work and stick to the fundamental 4 compound lifts to start with. Or so says coach Rip at least...

I'm not a huge fan of bench exercises for general conditioning, because they give support that just isn't there in real-world lifting scenarios. I would swap the bench press for the Single-arm Bar Press:

and, if you have access to a cable machine or resistance bands, the Standing Chest Press:

The pull-overs are pretty similar to pull-ups. I'd replace them with barbell rows.

I'll make it a little bit more simple and just use this part. I'll point out that I am using a home gym that consists of a power rack, Olympic barbell and weight plates. I own resistance bands but I hate them.

While the single arm bar press looks cool there is no way my floors could take the damage from them.
