Going from 154 lbs- 130 lbs

So I was sitting here thinking about how im going to kick start my weight loss journey again in 2014. January 2013 from using this site I went down from 182 lbs to 140 in the space of seven months. My loss seems to have halted since then and I have fallen off the bandwagon jumping from 154 to 140.
I need to get onto my goal of 130 pounds, and I was wondering if anyone could recomend foods to eat, exercise etc? Which will help me achieve this goal.
