starting to follow Calorie counter

I am starting the calorie counter today. I am still hungry but have 150 calories left. I know to expect this but what do i do?

  • Try eating fruit or vegetables. Apples with peanut butter usually will help.

    If you'd prefer not to eat anything, try drinking hot tea.

    Protein shake, tuna, piece of cheese, nuts, chicken breast....
