I am starting the calorie counter today. I am still hungry but have 150 calories left. I know to expect this but what do i do?

Try eating fruit or vegetables. Apples with peanut butter usually will help.
If you'd prefer not to eat anything, try drinking hot tea.0 -
Protein shake, tuna, piece of cheese, nuts, chicken breast....0
