So the first picture is from around August, the other is from a couple days ago. My mom says I look thinner/more in shape, and I have been continuing good eating, and lifting, and began running/other cardio, but I see no difference in general or in picture form, so do you guys see a difference, if so, what? or does it just look like i've maintained which is still good

  • Your torso and belly look a bit thinner and you look nicely toned. Running may make you a bit thinner, but you are looking good. Congratulations on the hard work!
