Everyone is super nice and friendly and says you can eat whatever you want just stay in the limits.

The problem is... I'M STARVING!!!!

I'm searching through forums reading all this great advice about tracking things and BMR's and all that, and it's really great. But doesn't anyone know where I can buy some edible styrofoam? Something with no calories but it will make me stop being hungry.

Edit: Found this thread, yay!

Eat plenty of protein and fat for satiety. Add nutrient dense but lower calorie options for a lot of volume and you'll have more to eat! I eat a lot of food, because I like eating a lot of food. I choose less calorie dense options so I get more. My husband struggles to eat a lot, especially when needing to eat enough to grow, so he chooses more calorie dense options so be eats less.

Why are you starving? How many calories are you eating?

You CAN use your calories on whatever you want, but I know that I found that eating 1200 calories of junk food was VERY DIFFERENT to eating 1200 calories of veggies, oatmeal, lean protein, fruit, etc.
Personally I feel a lot more satisfied when I eat less calorie dense foods in larger volumes
