Hey

Hey so I have been on here many times and never seem to make any progress. Well I am back!! I have gained about 8 pounds (thanks holidays....) and now I am about to start a full time job working from home....so much temptation to be lazy and eat everything in the house!!!! I am working on a plan to prevent that. So far my plan is to wake up an hour before I need to be at my desk, start with 9 holes of golf on wii (I know it sounds silly but I find it calm and kind of an easy way to wake me up), followed by yoga/modern dance and a mile on the elliptical. Then during the day I get 2 15 min breaks and 1 30 min break; the 30 min one I am going to walk my dog and the other 2 I will use to make lunch and 1 healthy snack. Lastly when I am done working I will do one of the sessions from one of my Jillian Michaels movies (try to mix them up so I don't get bored of them. Even with all that it is still 40 hours a week sitting....I will be at my computer which means I will most likely be logging in here quite a bit so it will help to have as many people as possible to be here! So if I think I want snacks or sodas (let me just say I NEED caffeine and without out it I get mean and grumpy and since I don't like coffee or tea I have 1 soda in the morning, around 6am, and then one around noon time and that wont change, I tried cutting it out and I actually gained weight brought it back and lost weight so I think my body needs the caffeine or something) other than my 2 I can have someone to help me through the cravings! I just know how easy it is to be lazy when you are home all day so being able to see what everyone else is doing or eating could help a lot with motivation!

Wow that was long lol sorry!! Any other input on ways to stay active while working would be awesome!

Lastly, I hope everyone had an amazing holiday season, it is sad that it is already ending!
