I recently found this picture of me from last July and realized it's amazing what all can change in a year if you commit to it (well, actually less than a year because I didn't even start exercising until last November). New haircut, took out my gauges and had my ears sewn up, and at the time I was in a band and was eating taco bell a couple times daily and living off of Monster energy drinks. I didn't even care. My chest was 32"... now it's 38". My max rep for pullups was 2 or 3... now I'm doing 12 with a 20lb vest (22 without the vest).

Looking back, I HATE the old me! P90x has changed me forever!

Wow great job!! I like to look back at old photos and notice how different I look now, even though I'm not even halfway to my goal. It keeps me motivated and reminds me that I really can do this! :)
