    Got a Fitbit Flex for Christmas . . . trying to figure out how to make it work. I did get it and MFP linked but still haven't figured out what all the light patterns mean. Yesterday was the 1st day I wore it & was surprised to see how much I actually walked! I didn't get it set right for sleep last night . . . I keep hearing how amazing these things are & hope it's true!!
