Achilles Tendon Exercise

Hi guys, can anyone suggest anything other than cycling that I can do to burn calories as I am recovering from a torn achilles tendon, (i'm getting a little bored with cycling) any suggestions muchly appreciated :happy:

    Swimming and doesn't burn many calories but stretching. Stand in a door way and reach up so it stretches your leg out. I feel your pain. Avoid running and high impact.

    Swimming, agreed, but if you're still recovering, avoid being sedentary by using a pirate leg crutch like the iWALK. www.iwalk-free.com
