6 months with MFP and finally Hello!

I've been using MFP for just over 6 months now, but have only now really discovered the message boards due to a bit of free time over Christmas! This seems like such a wonderfully supportive place and think that's just what I need for the next part of my journey!

I started with MFP in June and at a weight of 222lbs (lost a bit before this with generally eating a bit healthier) and have just hit my 4st mark and am now at 166lbs (5' 5"). I'm really proud of what I've done so far and as well as wanting to lose some more weight (not actually sure how much as i think this is the smallest I've been as an adult) I've set my next target to 150 as this should put me in a healthy BMI (for what it's worth!) I definitely need to tone up and I suspect this means resistance training! Have no idea where to start with this!
