Figuring it out.

I am 40 and on the side of my life where aches and pains linger longer than they used to. I have always been a heavy guy, but now trying to get healthy and eat the right foods so I feel comfortable in my own skin. The calorie counting is easy but the exercise and getting the right nutrients are the hard part. Not a fruit eater limited vegetable eater I'm wondering if I will ever be healthy with the diet I've had the past 40 years.
