Hi,
I don't know if this is a stupid question but I am a little confused. I have lost over 17lbs and people are really noticing the weight loss. I was 175lbs 5"8 and 24 years old ... but when I do my measurements they are still the same ?????

I had the same issue when I started. My problem areas are a belly and butt cheeks, which aren't really measured with the traditional tape placement. So my clothes were getting quite loose before I saw any real difference in my measurements. I wish I'd taken a diagonal measurement from the waist in front under the butt. That would have been a better indication.0

Same here !! The difference isn't huge or anything, but I do find that my clothes are fitting me differently and they are becoming a little less snug !! Strange how the body works !!0

Mine too... :grumble: Bodies are weird - keep at it the measuring tape will show results eventually, especially since your clothes are fitting different!0
