Hey, Everyone!

I'm 22 years old 5'10 and I started back in May at a starting weight of 290lbs But I'm happy to say as of today I weigh 205 with hopes to get down to 160-170.

A little bit about my diet

Breakfast: I often have

2 cups of Kellogs Special K Original
OR
3 egg whites
1 deli sliced cheese
handful of grapes

Lunch:

1 package of Vienna Sausage Original
with grapes or carrots
OR
Grilled Chicken Breast meat

Dinner: Is where I usually spoil myself

Serving of ground beef
or
sausage patty
with carrots or apple or,greens
with a Yoplait Yogurt

Snacks
1 or 2 Light Yoplait Yogurt
sometimes a chocolate bar but very very rarely

I keep my diet pretty strict even when my friends bring fast food or take out.
I stay right around 1000 calories a day sometimes a little more

I certainly do love eggs and love Yogurt and to think how much i used to eat to now I don't know how I got to 290 pounds :) Maybe not knowing what a serving was until 7 months ago might be part of the reason.

Please feel free to comment ask questions always welcome input

    just a few tips....

    1) try to get away from cereals and go with oatmeal, dont get the flavored kinds try mixing normal oatmeal with a tablespoon of almond butter and throw some pecans in there or some berries its pretty awesome.

    2) go chicken breast those vienna sausages...just dont bro

    3) ground beef is ok but try to get chcken and fish in there too, mostly just stay away from pig products

    4) yoplait yogurts are high as hell in sugar...try going with greek yogurt you sweeten yourself theres a lot of pretty awesome recipes out there for greek yogurt
