Help Need Back On Track

Had an accident in March. Trying to regain weight control. Even though, I could not exercise for 6 mos. still finished half marathon in Las Vegas. Now feeling a bit better that I accomplished that. I had to end up race walking, so not up to par as of yet. I am starting to walk everywhere I want to shop! Walked 9 miles to one store, shopped and called my private taxi who was prompt. (aka hubby). Now I need to really figure food out once again. If I start grazing, I graze all day, so am getting myself back to three meals a day and a small snack. Help! I need support! This is a mental game!

    Im getting back on track, starting over I guess..... We can do this together. Are you from Vegas? My biggest problem is snacking. I guess I am like you once I start its hard to stop. Im sure the first month is going to be HELL. But once we conquer that what is there left that we cant?
