Hey
2013 was really rather dumb. I had some personal tragedies kick me in the proverbial pants. Then I got so sick I couldn't eat, which meant I lost a lot of weight (bonus) but in the long run it sucked big time. Now I can force food in again, I'm a bit scared of the ole weight heading back on - and I wasn't even at "overweight" yet! Sigh. I stopped at only just "obese".
Stink one.
Anyway, I need to keep losing but in a healthy way. I have to make sure I get enough energy in, while still a bit tender in the eating-area and needing to get some more weight disappeared.
Quite the dilemma.
I have a chronic pain thing (which I've had for years) and They are not quite sure what else just yet that's caused this digestive ridiculousness. So baby steps for me, but would love some support. Please feel free to add me if you have the space, time and/or inclination.
Have been here before with some success, but 2013 got in the way. New start, new profile, bring on 2014

Good job for trying to lose weight the healthy way, and welcome to MFP!
Honestly, just follow what MFP suggests. The biggest thing I've seen be helpful for people is upping their protein. It helps keep you full for longer. Also, if you're exercising, it gives your muscles a bit more to work with to help build.
Whether you decide clean eating works for you or just sticking within your calorie goal, or something else, find what is easiest for you to maintain and stick with it. Welcome to MFP!0
