you have the same fortune as my husband, he thinks it is a curse. He is 6'1" and 155 or so, highest 165. He found the Men's Health hard body plan helpful. He bought the book and worked at it and eventually he found that the amount of food how often he would have to eat to be daunting. He has wanted to gain as long as I have known him, met him when he was 22 and the most weight he gained was when I was pregnant. You can gain weight and maintain it but it will take the same consistency for you as it does for those of us that want to loose weight. Good luck, hope you see the results you want!

Being one that has, in my much younger days, struggled to put on weight and keep it on i can tell you one thing. Eat then eat some more.

check out bodybuilding.com. lots of good articles, calculators to help you gauge your cals, and exercise routines.

oh yeah did i mention EAT!!!

My husband is a retired body builder.
I remember cooking for him-A LOT OF FOOD
Tuna out of the can-lots of lean meats and chicken-lots of red potatoes-lots of protein drinks-lots of protein bars-lots of raw or lightly steamed veggies-lots of fruit and tons of lettuce-gallon of water (at least) a day. Almonds, peanut butter, sourdough bread and whole grain bread and lots of rice.
    I could keep going.
    The gym-he was there 6 days a week-heavy weights-short sets-lots of reps.
    Good luck to you.
