Protein powers can anyone tell me what a good one for a diabetic to use is. I wasn't to mix some in with my smoothies. In my smoothies I use.
1/2 frozen fruit( 35 Calories), 1/2 low fat yogurt( 55 calories)and 1 cup almond and coconut milk(60 Calories). comes to about 140 calories. I can have up to 300 calories for breakfast.

I use Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard. It has 3 grams of carbs per serving at 120 cals.0

I use a 100% whey protein isolate. It has no fillers, additives, sweeteners.
Id add fat to your smoothie too - it'll keep you satisfied longer.0 -
My plan now just to be sure is to set up an appointment with my doctor to see what he think. Thank you to everyone that tried to help me0

Optimum Nutrition Natural or whatnot. You can also use greek yogurt to get protein rather than the normal stuff.0
