Hello all! After getting married earlier in the year and a month in Thailand eating everything in site (yum), together with annoying fertility drugs that aren't working yet, I have put on 18kgs :( decided it was time to stop wallowing in self pity and get back into my health and fitness life style :)

So im a looking at setting a fitness goal for the end of 2014 to work towards something out of my comfort zone.. not sure what yet :)
feel free to add me as I need all the support and motivation I can get.
