22 years old, diabetic, need support, add me :).

Hi everyone I am 22 years old and was diagnosed diabetic about three months ago. I am type two. I really need help to becoming a healthier me. please add especially if you are going through the same experience. Thanks

Learn everything you can about diabetes by asking your physician questions, getting a referral to a diabetes educator, and attending diabetes education classes.     I would suggest having a look at the research above from Newcastle University. I have successfully reversed my diabetes by losing weight. I was told to stop taking medication a couple of months ago.
