Healthpointe 2.0 Program

Hey guys,
I'm about to make a start on the Healthpointe 2.0 program. It's been recommended to me by my doctor as a healthy, sustainable way to lose weight after explaining the moderate success I've had with using MFP and the calorie counting system. I had lost around 4 kilos and was able to keep off 3 for a full 12 months (yay!) but I'd like to go further. For anyone not familiar with the Healthpointe program it focuses on a high protein, low carb diet with only moderate levels of exercise thrown in. I'm hoping it will build on the good habits and knowledge I've already gained from using MFP over a long period of time.
Interestingly enough the program suggests a range of 1,600 to 1,920 calories per day considering my activity level and weight, an exciting prospect after restricting myself to around 1,370! By the looks of things though this has a lot to do with the types of foods the program recommends which is change I think I need at this stage. I've got a current BMI of 25 (based on pre-Christmas weight) and am looking to bring myself to around 23 depending on whether I look too skinny at that point (strange as it sound but I love my curves!). The main reason for this though, like most people is to get myself back into a healthier weight range. For those that are familiar with it I have PCOS and have been struggling for most of 2013 to shed any weight at all though as I mentioned above I've at least managed to maintain what I did lose.
My questions are has anyone else been on this program before, do you have any advice to offer and how successful did you find your weight maintenance?

Hi! I just spoke with a friend about this program, and I hope to be starting it soon! I couldn't find out much about it online, where did you purchase it?0

Hi!
I bought mine through my doctor. There really isn't anything useful I've come across online though lots of testimonials!
I'm finding so far though that it's great to be able to eat whenever you're hungry though it has to be protein if you're snacking. The portion sizes are a little confusing though. After the initial 3 days the lunch and dinner portions were larger than what I was eating prior to starting the program. The mix of food seems to be the biggest change though, while I was eating healthy foods and good portion sizes, the program is so far giving me a better idea of how much of everything I should be eating.0 -
