quick need good lunch ideas for taking to work. Breakfast ideas too! need to be something i can make the night before or quickly in the morning and put in the fridge. i have a refridgerator and microwave at work. I dont like mushrooms or green olives. other than that im pretty much game for anything. Please if you can a recipe with nutritional facts. HEALTHY HEALTHY HEALTHY!! I LOVE steamed veggies or some raw veggies. THANKS

    sandwiches! you can add anything you like, I make mine the night before and leave it in the fridge. I also take slices of fruit, I usually have apples, oranges, bananas, grapes etc but you can include whatever you like really.
    I also like to make instant noodles in the morning and add some steamed broccoli with some chilli in mine and I take raw carrots with me for a snack. You can have yours with humus but I prefer mine without.

    I usually have the same lunch almost everyday. I would like some ideas.

    I make for myself steamed frozen veggies & chicken, veggies & rice, chicken & rice, mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes.

    Egg salad sandwich on 12 grain with alfalfa sprouts and sunflower seeds,fresh strawberries, maybe a couple baby carrots. and a V-8 Fusion. or a Chef Salad with Spring Mix lettuce,Radishes,Onions,Eggs,Ham,Turkey,shred cheddar, Lite Catalina Dressing. Or Peanut Butter Waffles,and an Orange. With coffee or V-8. Or popcorn salad with popped popcorn,bacon bits,onions,celery,water chestnuts,slivered almonds,shred cheddar,poppyseed dressing. And some kinda fruit on the side.
