2 months postpartum and breastfeeding, any advice????

Hey guys happy holidays, So.... I have been on here before and lost almost 30 pounds but in the process I gained a new baby boy. I didn't know I was pregnant all the time I was in the gym and eating healthy. So Im trying to get back on the right track and I wanna know from fellow moms that were in my position, where did you start? Also I am breastfeeding as well so I need to know how to calculate my calories right. Are there any websites that assist with that? All advice is welcomed. Thanks

    There is a website called babyfit.com by spark people. it's specifically for pregnant & breastfeeding moms. My biggest advice is to drink tons of water and don't deprive yourself of calories. If you eat too little your milk supply could deplenish. Congratulations on your new baby. Just try to do something active everyday and eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables.
