Here we go again

Hi all - like many of you I find myself in the same boat - too much feasting and not enough exercise over the holidays. Now I find myself at an unacceptable weight and need to get back to work. I've pretty much been overweight most of my adult life, but keep fairly active - I like to swim and iceskate - so I'm not against working out. My problem has always been portion control and eating whatever I darn well please. My plan for this year is to be diligent about tracking my intake. Help keep me honest - I usually start off tracking everything, then when I fall off the wagon - I quit logging, because I know I won't like the results. Hope to talk to you all alot and we can help support each other!

    Great here is a quick list to look up.

    IIFIYM - I eat what I want too
    TDEE - So I know how much too eat
    NROLFW - cause I assume your a chick. Do this plan to work out.
