I'm 158cm and 42-43kg I'm like eating the lightly active cal which is 1550 cal not eating back my exercise cal. When I started upping cal from 1450-1460 to 1550 I went from 42 to 43kg and it seems like people around my height are eating lesser to maintain... Please share your height, weight, maintenance cal and best your activity level! Thanks!!

I'm also 5"2, i weight around 113lbs usually but have dropped a few more unintentionally. I work an office desk job so I put my activity level down as sedentary and eat my exercise calories back. I now maintain around 1520.0

I am 5'3", and 122lbs, and maintaining on 1500-1600 calories, give or take. Since entering maintenance, its been the Christmas season, so I haven't been exercising regularly. I will be eating back most of my exercise calories.0

158cm is 5'2"? I'm 154cm and usually translate that to 5'1" 4cm =/= 1 inch, what's going on here? Is this a conspiracy to rob inches from me?
maintenance calories around 2100 without doing any cardio apart from I have to use staircases because of a lack of lifts at work and at my apartment. I lift heavy weights and have a high lean body mass for my height (which is mostly genetic and also partly from lifting heavy weights)0 -
I'm not sure about measurement in feet and inches, we use cm here...0

Nope, i've used online calculaters. That being said, i've ordered a fitbit one and am waiting for it to be delivered.0 -
