Hi Everyone, I am just getting started with my weight loss journey. I have just joined a local "biggest loser" contest. The contest runs for 8 weeks. My hope is to lose 20 pounds total. I know this is unrealistic in the time span of the contest, but that is a long term goal. A short term goal for this challenge is between 10-15 pounds. This is very hard for me, bc not only am I 40, but I am only 4' 10" tall. 5 pounds on me looks like 15!! I am open to suggestions.
