I love for everyone to add me so we can support each other! (=
I am only 19 years old, but have noticed to gain weight since I have started college. Its my first semester and already gained 10 pounds! Im a nursing major and find myself studying a lot! after studying the last thing i want to do is work out. Im looking to loose around 30 pounds to get the dream body that I have been trying to get for 2 years now!
Anyways, I'm looking to add people so we can encourage each other. Every time i try to diet, I give up after 3 weeks! so feel free to add me, I will support others in return (=

Studying always makes fitting in exercise hard, I read while on treadmills, but if I've got loads to get done I just don't sleep. Try making a timetable (that you can stick too) perhaps prepare meals and snacks in advance. I don't know if you are a take away nut Luke most students but it takes less time to make salmon and steamed veg than it does for pizza to be delivered0

I am also majoring in nursing. And minoring in psychology. In January I start my second semester. I know exactly how you feel. Between school, studying, kids, the gym AND eat right. It is not an easy challenge.0 -
Thanks for the advice! food is gonna be a problem when I go back to school because I'm living in dorms and I get the food on campus =( they don't have very many options for healthy food.0
