Shake Recommendations?

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to limit carbs, meat, and dairy in my diet (a liberal vegan, lol). However, finding good breakfast options is very challenging. I've starting making smoothies / shakes at work and I generally work out 1 - 2 hours after my smoothie. I'm looking for a powder to mix with my smoothies that will last through my workouts? Does anyone have recommendations for a good shake or meal supplement? I've heard mixed reviews on Herbalife. Has anyone tried it?
