I'm 5'4 1/2 38 f,how many calories to lose 1.5-2 lbs/wk??

I'm claiming 2014 is MY year to lose about 68 pounds! At least by mid summer... I always hear 1200 cal, or 1600 calories. what do I go with? I plan on walking to Leslie Sansome videos, 6 days a week around 30 min to start and work up to 1 hr., after I will include a little weights or yoga ( i have fibromyalgia and sjorgrens, and using weights aches my muscles, within minutes and I suffer for days).
Please point me in the right direction?

    When you're so short (I'm 5'1 or 2"), it's really hard to eat a deficit large enough to lose 2 lbs. per week. Plug your info into MFP http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided and eat the number of calories you're given. Log your exercise, and eat back at least half your exercise calories.

    I am 5'4 1/2" and will be 40 in a week and I eat between 1800-1900 calories a day to lose 1/2 pound a week. I am very active though and I run about five miles a day so that helps. On days when I don't run I eat between 1400-1500 calories.
