Winter Makeover Challenge

I'm challenging myself to a winter makeover. I need to lose a bunch of weight but that's only part of it. I'm working on a big project all winter and I work at home. I need to make that project and my own personal makeover the priority. So I'm going to start with working out daily and getting back on track with eating properly. But also, I have let my hair grow and want to change the style/colour and work on changing a whole lot of other habits.

This isn't a New Year's Resolution thing and in fact it won't officially start until the kids are back in school and our routines are more regular.

I'm in need of some self discipline.

I've only a few things to focus on.

Go to bed by ten every night so that I get up and I'm not to tired to work out.
Work on my project every day so it's complete at the deadline, April 8.
Work out daily.
Walk daily weather permitting.
Log in and track food.
Drink water
weigh weekly and record losses.

I have no holidays or visitors or other distractions between now and my deadline--no reason not to succeed. At the end I will come out of hibernation with a new look, a new book and a new attitude.

Anybody up for a three month makeover challenge?
