Hey all. . .seems I have been left behind by a number of friends I had before my gastric sleeve surgery on 12/10/13. Many haven't logged on and I really need some more a support. Anyone wiling to friend me .. . I like folks who are interactive and willing to share, support, and challenge when needed.

Thanks . .. I do log daily and once cleared from doctor I will be exercising regularly again!!
