Get out of bed!!!!

This post is for all the people like me who every single morning struggle to get out of bed and go to the gym or run or walk or whatever fitness you do!!

DO IT!!! Get out of bed!!! You can do it and you'll thank yourself when you see that weight loss :) and you WILL feel good after!!!

Hope I have inspired somebody! Because I needed it this morning and only had myself to kick my own *kitten*!

    My alarm went off at 3am to go to the gym. I switched it back off and slept until 8.30am. That means I had almost 12 hours sleep last night. And it felt good.
