Hi everybody,

I just made an account here about a week ago after having used several other online food diaries and I have to say I really like this one!

I hadn't weighed myself in years before the beginning of this summer and was astonished to find that I'd lost more weight than I ever expected to lose--over 50 pounds--in less than a year, without making any conscious changes to my diet. Since then, I've become obsessive about my weight and have often starved myself (I ate between 400 and 800 calories a day for about a month) in fear of gaining it all back again.

I'm 5'4" and weigh 119 pounds today and I would really like to lose the last 9 in a healthy way.
