So I wasnt going to wait til monday to start..

... when I realised that it IS Monday!!!

Oh well, good a time as any!

So. I have a LOT to lose (100lbs or so) and up til now I have doubted myself. I am back though and this time my doctor has given me Prozac to help give me the lift I hope will encourage me to stick at it.

I have recognised where my weaknesses are, I cannot (for example) tell myself that I am never eating a Chinese pork dumpling or drinking a can of coca cola so they are going to be incorporated into my shiny new eating plan..
..I also need to ditch the car. Seriously, I used to like walking and I had a great figure (this was no coincidence) so I am going to get my boots on and walk as much as I can.

I am not buying clothes for 6 months - I aim to be buying smaller clothes by then :)

I know 6 months to really put myself to the top of my priority list doesn't sound so long but I have 2 children and prioritising myself is really not something I have done for some time now!

So, you with me?

Welcome girl! I am with you on this. I have already lost 45lbs but am looking to lose the last 30lbs by Summer 2014. I'm really going to buckle down these next 6 months to make sure that I reach my goal. I would love to help support you on your weight loss journey. I have sent you a friend request. Anyone feel free to add me!

You got this!! and knowing your weaknesses and coming up with a plan to deal with them is the first step!
There is no way I would cut out all I love, like you I incorporate them in moderation..life still must go on and if you want to make it a lifestyle change, it has to be realistic for YOU not anyone else. I have found ways to substitute things which helps too!

6 months is a super long time in the world of weight loss, and if you stick to it I think you will be pleasantly surprised!!!!

    Good luck
