staying motivation

staying motivated is really hard for me .. anytime i try to get in shape i usually lose interest after a few weeks
its been 2 weeks now and i plan to keep this going for the rest of my life
for me staying motivated now comes in the form of watching documentaries about nutrtion, like "fat, sick, & nearly dead" and also "killer at large"
i also get motivated looking at picture of women who exercise and eat healthy ex: brianna frost, and jillian michaels
what keeps you motivated??

I don't have as much a problem with keeping my diet in check. I can splurge every once in a while but for the most part my day to day eating has always been pretty good. I do have a problem with the exercise portion. Short term goals are helping me right now. Getting toned up for my wedding in a few months is a pretty good motivator
Always wanting to look good in the summertime is a good motivator as well. And my hubby to be is huge into fitness since last year, so that definitely helps.

You must visualize the physique you want, every workout will get you closer to your goal. Look at people in your gym that you admire, pictures of bodybuilders, youtube videos, read motivational stories and quotes. I do all these things on an everyday basis. This isn’t easy or everyone would be walking around cut and jacked. Understand it’s hard, the struggle is going to make the reward sweeter.0
