I am new to this site. I had the app downloaded on my phone for a while but never really used it. My husband and I have a weight loss bet for the new year. First one to lose 20 lbs wins $200! We have rules of course:

1. Weighing only in the morning.
2. No crash dieting.
3. Recording our daily weight.
4. No sabotage.
5. Must go to the gym 5 days a week.
6. Cut out drinking on the weekdays (drinking is what kills us).
7. No starving yourself.

Those are what we have got so far. That $200 is mine!

Anyone ever done a weight loss bet before successfully and anyone have any good tips they can share?
