Yeah it's a bit too much... i wouldn't replace a meal just for a drink :ohwell:

When i go to costa coffee (don't have 7-11 here...) i usually check their site
So i might "exchange" my snack for a drink :drinker:

A 16 oz serving has 480 calories and 9.3 grams of fat. Yikes!

Better off not looking. I now just mix mostly black coffee with the bad stuff to save calories while still getting a treat. Not that that helps much with the iced version though!
