Pancake serving size?

What does a 4 inch pancake look like? a CD? I'm worried because I had Aunt Jemima pancakes this morning and ate 5 small Palm sized ones. The box says a serving is 1/3 cup or three 4'' inch pancakes.
Is a palmful the right size or to large?

I keep a ruler in the kitchen.
(I do...but not for measuring food. I would have measured out 1/3 cup like it says if I wanted to eat a specific amount)
What are you going to do if you ate more than a serve?0 -
Two cups of mix made 12 pancakes, which the box said it would. I accidentally made one huge one which was most likely 2-3 little pancakes in one. The other ones were measured pretty correctly I hope. They were very small. I just ate 5 of them which ismaybe 2 1/2 servings I suppose .0

and I just hope I didn't over eat..0 -

Stressing about overeating is probably going to negatively effect you more than overeating...it's done, unless you're going to throw it up, there's nothing you can do about it! Log your 2.5 serves and fit the rest of your day in.0
