Oh no! I think I injured myself

So I've known I've been due for a rest day, and was planning on taking one tomorrow. I pushed a little hard today. Legs at the gym, belly dance practice, then open gym. Everything was fine until I went for my final stretch. Right splits fine, left splits no way. Not even close. My left side is usually worse, but this was ridiculous and painful. A couple hip flexor stretche (which didn't seem bad) and then I put everything away. By the time I walked out I knew something was wrong.

By the time I got home I could barely walk. Hip, knee, and muscles hurt, but I can't tell where, how, or why. I can barely stand on the leg and my knee is super achy. It doesn't hurt to massage anything though. But it hurts to roll the hip.

Ugh, why didn't I just listen to my body. Rest it said. Take a day off. Don't do too much in one day.

Fingers crossed something just seized up and it's better tomorrow. I guess I'll be resting no matter what.
