You must visualize the physique you want, every workout will get you closer to your goal. Look at people in your gym that you admire, pictures of bodybuilders, youtube videos, read motivational stories and quotes. I do all these things on an everyday basis. This isn’t easy or everyone would be walking around cut and jacked. Understand it’s hard, the struggle is going to make the reward sweeter.
