looking to lose 65 LBS

I was always a twig growing up, then 19 years old came. I began driving for a living ( 12 hour shifts ) eating terrible. 10 years later I am at my heaviest weight of my life, 260lbs. I am 5'9. It has also brought on tremendous anxiety and random panic attacks. I am really sick and tired of it. I have tried the gym before / eating well and even though I would drop 20 lbs, I stopped and went right back into bad habits. I'm just completely tired of it. I quit drinking alcohol on 10.20.13, I only drank once a week but it would be binge drinking for that night. Sick of that as well. I want a clean life style. Here for support and to help others along the way. My plan is a very disciplined diet along with the gym. I have a question in regards to the gym. I work Tuesday through Saturday 6PM to 6AM over nights, the schedule is tough and after work I find myself completely exhausted. What would you recommend I do for the gym? I would like to go at least 2-3 x per week. Thanks for reading.
