Hi, I am Marlene. I am 31 years, mother of 2 boys, 3 and 8 months. I was in the Army and loved my body then...but sine then I have gained almost 110 lbs. Yes I have had 2 babies, and one was an emergency C-section, but I absolutely HATE my body now. I am embarrassed by it and I need to get back to the way I was.
Even though I am embarrassed by my body, I want to become healthy for my boys. I want to show them what it means to be healthy and how to live healthily.
I would love anyone who is a Mom, ex/ currently military, or anyone at all to be friends to help be stay on board this time.

Hi Marlene. I really admire your ambition and your desire to be a good example to your children. I am in the Navy right now and I am trying to get into really good shape. I will send you a friend request. Maybe we can help each other succeed.0
