I would like to thank everyone that has shared your stories and weight loss tips with us.
I have been sticking to 1200-1500 calories I could use a menu clean up to add more veggies and limit more of my carbs so far I have lost 13lbs since 11/29/13 which is a huge deal for me. I don't workout as much since hurting my back I do workout some but its not much so I don't log it because if feels like I'm not doing enough.0 -
I found out 3 years ago that i have PCOS I have been struggling with my weight. I lost 25lbs 3 years ago but then i just gained it back and even more. Now i am just trying to take it one day at a time.0
