Any wise words for a young mum trying to lose some poundage!

Hey everyone thought I would just post on here and see if there is anyone out there who can give me any handy tips or advice on what to eat and what not to eat and which exercises I should do. :)

I am a young mama who has just put on about 10 kgs. Most of my weight goes to my stomach first, and to the rest of my body last.

Ive been hitting my cross trainer for an hour to 2 hours a day, and doing about 30 - 60 crunches and 30 squats with 4 kg dumb bells.

I have a fruit and non fat non flavored greek yoghurt smoothie in the morning for breakfast .

sandwich or fruit for lunch

and meat and salad for dinner

What could I be doing differently or am I doing ok?

I am also taking liquid carnitine, not sure if it will help but thought I would give it a go.

    Hi im back today! My meals are usually okay, its the junk I eat in between! I think as long as you diary everything it should be simple? I love to run, which I really havent done over the xmas period.
