Motivation searcher

Hi, I am 32 and from Europe (Slovenia). Searching for someone who would guide me trough my exercising (starting with 1st of January). Would want to start with some 10kg weight loss and than body sculpturing. I basically know nothing about these things and food and stuff. Never had problems with weight before I gave birth... I don't really see it yet as a problem but I see my body changing, gaining every year some more fat and being overall more sloppy and I want to slow this down and feel good again.
I am prepared to work hard, but I would need someone to guide me, tell me what to do maybe or how or just persecute me...
