Jillian's Michael 30 day shred

Hey everyone its my 3rd day on the program i weigh 105kgs and i cant do the workout today am so tired :( is it me or some body else had this issue.

    Sounds like you need a rest day and you don't need to do it daily anyway. You could alternate walking with 30DS. That way you stay active but give your body some time to deal with the soreness.
