Challenge Group starting MONDAY, JANUARY 13th

If you are interested in doing a challenge group please let me know. I will be conducting one on FB but I already have some people who don't have FB so we will be doing it by texting and email...adjust adapt and overcome.

HOW: By any means possible
WHY: The time is NOW.

I don't care how old you are, where you live, what form of exercise you are doing (even if you aren't doing anything I still want you) I started this journey almost a decade ago and I've been fighting The D.O.F. (decade old fat) for too long. I'm ready to take down this enemy. (I know Marines are always ready to fight :laugh: )

    why-So I can be stronger and my knees will be happier with my lighter weight. Also, I have to do a Marathon Re-Do :)

    WHY: I just had a baby in august and I am looking to continue to drop some of the weight I gained before getting pregnant and look healthier for my wedding this May.
