T25 after Insanity

Hi everyone,
I will be finishing my second round of Insanity this week.
I was thinking about starting T25. Would that be ok after Insanity or is it too easy?
I feel sort of tired and I was looking for something shorter.
Thanks in advance for the help!

T25 isn't easy, but I find it is easier than insanity. If you're tired, then it will most likely be a good program to do after doing insanity. It's similar to insanity except that you don't do a warm up and you don't get any breaks. It's a great program especially when you're short on time!0

Agreed with Kelag297...I did it right after 1 round of insanity and although easier, it's still by no definition easy. At first, because I was so used to the crazy sweating from an hr long insanity workout I didn't get the same satisfaction; but months later, I find it much more enjoyable because of the quickness, and I can easily add my lifting and body beast to my program.0

I enjoyed insanity over t25. T25 you needed the rubber band and weights for the second month so i stopped. I did push myself harder during insanity due to breaks given compared to T25 with no breaks only 25 mins.0

Thank you all for your answers. I will give it a try! In the first month I think I will also do Upperbody Weight Training from Insanity on Saturdays and then see how the Beta phase works.
Have a great week!0
